On the River, airbnb is located in the heart of downtown Kingfield right off the snowmobile trail. Sleeps 6 people. Has a spacious eat-in kitchen with a vie looking out to the Carrabassett River. Steps away from galleries, gift shops, restaurants, bank, Stanley Museum. 20-minute drive up to Sugarloaf mountain ski resort and the breathtaking views of 4000ft peaks of the western mountains of Maine. In summer, fly fishing and swimming right out the back . In winter, there are many snow sports.

A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

This tiny home has all the conveniences with fiber internet, mini-split heat pumps (with AC as well) and hot/cold spring water cooler. With the Perham Stream Birding Trailhead a short distance away and direct access to ATV/snowmobile trails out the front door. Saddleback and Sugarloaf ski resorts are also only a 45 minute drive! Find your home away from home with a mountain view, while drinking your coffee in a ski chair on the porch and enjoy nature and just being in the present.
