This small space is the perfect place to rest your head after a long day of exploring the surrounding area, after a wedding, or just as a quick stop while road tripping along the coast. There’s a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine, away from the hustle and bustle. Uniquely located 1-mile from Santa Claus beach and a 13 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Easy access to beaches approximately 1 mile in either direction. Polo fields are 1/4 mile. The towns of Carpinteria & Santa Barbara are only a few miles drive as well. Come enjoy the nicest beaches in the area and the best weather in the country.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.

We are located in the heart of downtown so street noise can be heard during commuting hours
