Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

It has additional convenience of wifi and Netflix, air conditioning an espresso machine and Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. The studio is on an acre property with a swimming pool and gardens. The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.

Ideal self-contained property for singles or couples in the quiet leafy suburb of Graceville. 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, medical centre, pharmacies and bus stops; 10 minutes walk to Graceville Train Station (then 20 minutes by train to the city). 15 minutes drive to University of Queensland and Griffith University. 20 minutes drive to Brisbane CBD.
