KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

However, the true allure lies where a sprawling outdoor deck beckons guests to unwind amidst the serenity of nature while enjoying their morning deink from the extensive selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Only 6 miles from the Spring Diving Capital of the World & the nearest town for gas/food/etc. Our home features amenities that will make this a perfect spot for your family to host a memorable vacation for adults & children. Enjoy our indoor-outdoor living space, firepit, fully stocked home & farm.

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

Suwannee River Paradise

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with $300 loss and injury liability waiver Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Cute, cozy, small town home, centrally located, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1 bath home. If natural clear springs are what you are looking for then you will be a few miles from several. The Itchetucknee River State Park is 28 miles away with clear spring fed waters. The Suwannee River is 4 miles with the old cable suspension Hal W. Adams bridge. Mallory Swamp WMA is a 15 min drive. 33 miles away from Steinhatchee and the coast. All the comforts of a cozy home with a fully stocked kitchen.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Forestville Cottage is the perfect escape to serenity. Listen to nature's soothing soundtrack while enjoying breakfast on the cozy front porch. View beautiful sunsets. Take an evening stroll. Observe native wildlife, including deer and turkey. Experience premium swimming and world class cave diving at nearby: ⇨Ichetucknee Springs ⇨Suwannee Springs ⇨Little River Springs and more! Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
