Great waterfront resturants you can eat, watch dolphins and view the beautiful sunset. Public boat ramp a minute away with fishing and kayak launch.

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

From the kitchen to premium linens & family entertainment, we really have thought of everything…even the little things. I need to say, OUR NEIGHBOR FLIES A CONFEDERATE FLAG. We have received too many complaints and honestly don’t want to be downgraded over personal or political views. We PROUDLY fly an American flag.

If you are an artist, fisherperson, kayaker, boater or just someone who wants to chill, you will love this. It’s quirky, private, artsy and has soul to refresh yours. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Captains Quarters

Relax and unwind with your family in the small quaint town of Peletier. Just a few minutes away from Emerald Isle. Captains Quarters is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a rather quiet neighborhood. The home is just minutes away from Emerald Isle, Historic Swansboro, and Carteret County Speedway. Captains Quarters has a community dock and boat launch (1/4 mile away). Smaller boats and/or boats with minimal draft will have no navigational issues.

Dunes Crossings at The Point

Enjoy the most picturesque beach in North Carolina from this quaint get away. Just a short walk to the public beach access at The Point, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers a reverse floor plan. With decks off every bedroom & living space, you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of Banks Channel. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood providing a peaceful, tranquil environment, complete with a large fenced yard. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!

Just a short drive to the quint town of Swansboro or over the bridge to Emerald Isle.
