Our home is an authentic cycladic stone house, built in 1830 and restored in 2005 and 2018, which provides all the comforts to the visitors. The upper balconies have a stunning view of the port and the 2 main churches of the island and the port from. The location, only 5 mins on foot from the center of Ermoupolis, offers the perfect opportunity to explore this beautiful town. During your accomodation you will be provided with hypoallergenic bed linens, 100% cotton, including 3 towels and 1 sea towel per person, as well as kitchen utensils.

A beautiful, urban chic, 2nd floor apartment (without elevator), recently renovated, with a large terrace. Nastia's apartment is 15 minutes walk from the town center and the port. In 5 minutes you can visit the Industrial and the Hermoupolis Textile Museum. Around are also supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital, gym, bakery . It's ideal for remote workers as it is spacious with all the amenities and the equipment for every day life. Fast and free wifi ,a wonderful terrace for relax as also for work.

Enjoy the unique experience that the location of this summer house offers you,just in front of the beach, relax on the large veranda with the sea view and swim in the clear Aegean Sea. The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. There is a bus stop near the house and connection between Hermoupolis(the capital town), the port and other villages and beaches. Feel like home and enjoy your stay at my place !

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικρό μας καλαίσθητο αυτόνομο studio ισογείου, στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης με ζεστά χρώματα και cozy vibes για κάθε στιγμή ηρεμίας. Η μικρή αυλή, σας προσκαλεί να χαλαρώσετε στον ήλιο ή στη σκιά με μια ξεκούραστη ξαπλώστρα και με τραπέζάκι για καφέ, φαγητό ή διάβασμα. Μπροστά υπάρχει ελεύθερο δημοτικό parking. Εύκολη πρόσβαση χωρίς σκαλιά κάτι σπάνιο για Κυκλάδες και δίπλα σε όλα τα must-see της πόλης με τα πόδια ή και με το ΔΩΡΕΑΝ mini bus με στάση έξω από το κατάλυμα!

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

The place is full of energy deriving from the adjacent Delos island, making it ideal for yoga retreat, meditation and trekking practitioners. Beautiful secluded unexploited beaches with magnificent sunsets in the north-west of the island, are 30' away on foot. The distance from Ermoupolis is 6,7 km.

Μείνετε με όλη την οικογένεια σε αυτό το υπέροχο κατάλυμα για στιγμές χαράς.

Το κατάλυμα Dominic Near The Port βρίσκεται 30 μέτρα από το λιμάνι. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες, ζευγάρια, οικογένειες που δεν θέλουν να έχουν μεταφορικό μέσο και να μπορούν με άνεση να κινούνται με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Το κατάλυμα αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες όπου η μία έχει διπλό κρεβάτι και η άλλη αποτελείται από δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Διαθέτει ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό.
