Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

Walking distance to lake with beach access for swimming and fishing. Boat Marina is a mile away in state park. Public golf course 6 miles. Short 20 minute scenic drive to Yankton with shopping, movie theatre, fish hatchery, parks and water park opening 2021. Boat/Jet Ski rental information available. Beautiful sunsets. Local area: 25 miles from Yankton, SD, 20 miles to Lewis and Clark Lake, 50 miles to Pickstown, SD. Enjoy the piece and quiet after a long day on the lake or hunting.

If you are traveling on a motorcycle, please be aware you will be traveling down a stretch of gravel road to the guest suite!
