The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Property was formerly managed by a local company we were co-hosts. We lost reviews when we became hosts. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.Rent the only home on Lake Martin that includes a Private Island! A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Fish off the dock, cornhole game, a nap for two on our hammock or relax on the deck or dock. 1 private boat slip is available. Propane grill with propane provided. Private entrance with code. Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a double oven! The entire front of the cabin is sliding doors and transom window so that you can soak up all the beauty of Lake Martin. The outdoor living includes a very large deck with a sectional sofa and a large table that seats 10 as well as a cozy side screen porch. Kayaks provided for you to enjoy!

Start the gas grill! Meals at the farmhouse table on the screened porch, with an amazing lake view. Swim area for all ages. Make use of the 2 kayaks available.

We are located in the Jackson's Gap / Dadeville area of Lake Martin. Great location that's convenient to everything! Boat ramp 1.5 miles away and there is room at the house to park your boat trailer! We have two kayaks and a canoe for your enjoyment on the water. Wonderful restaurants and it's close to everything you will need!

Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.
