Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

Our Cabin In The City offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil retreat in nature, with easy access to a host of amenities and activities. Just a short drive away, a charming array of dining options awaits you. Nestled among ancient oaks and pecan trees, it’s the perfect private retreat to relax and unwind. Enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes on the spacious front porch, surrounded by peaceful nature. Inside, you’ll find everything you need in a warm and welcoming setting that instantly feels like home. 🚫 No smoking of any kind, no unregistered guests, & no pets allowed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Thru your private entrance you walk past the waterfall pond, under an arch of tree vines, into a cozy and updated home. Outside at the end of the wraparound porch you’ll find a private fire pit. On the rooftop there’s a 2 person hot tub with incredible views of the city and Dallas National Golf Club.
