Nestled at the base of Tamborine Mountain, Sunset Ridge is a private retreat for two, cradled in natural bushland (not suitable for children). This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

It's character both inside and out is French/English Country with the added romantic atmosphere generated by its secluded rainforest setting. An excellent place to unwind and is within walking distance to Gallery Walk, the Botanical Gardens, National Parks and numerous quality eating venues. Separated by Rainforest trees from the main house this cottage provides guests with privacy and tranquility.

This newly built cottage, with a Japanese style plunge bath overlooking the rainforest, is a cosy and peaceful place to stay and explore the beauty Tamborine Mountain offers. Within 5-10 mins of bushwalks, national parks, Gallery Walk, cafes and wineries. The cottage meets the rainforest... it is the perfect retreat for a mountain getaway. Be surrounded by the sounds of the bush and our native rainforest, lookout for our resident wild koalas, padymelons, wedgetail eagles, bandicoots, & water dragons that live in our brook. Dine under the stars & enjoy a glass of wine under our mountain edge gazebo. Visit Tamborine's wineries, hiking trails, markets, & breath taking lookouts.

The Rustic Greenhouse: breakfast and wood provided

A character filled studio attached to the family home with its own entrance. Enjoy the plant filled space while you enjoy a breakfast of fresh bread, eggs from our chickens, cereal, condiments & coffee. At night light the fireplace with the wood provided & soak in the large tub. Take the picnic basket & rug provided, & explore the Mountain. We are located on the Main Road leading into Gallery Walk. If you are sensitive to road noise we might not be the perfect place for you.

Just three minutes drive from nearest cafes and 12 minutes from North Tamborine township. Several beautiful national park bushwalks can be accessed within 10 minutes drive from the property.
