This unit is a third floor Queen studio. It’s in downtown but on the border of downtown and the historic old northeast neighborhood, providing close walking access to the hustle and bustle of downtown but provides a nice tranquil hotel stay environment away from Central Avenue.

This beautiful studio unit opens to a semi-private balcony with direct Gulf views. It has a queen bed and futon (best for 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child), a full kitchen, TV, and hair dryer. It is apart of our small, family-owned 11-unit historic boutique hotel, Sabal Palms Inn, with free bikes, beach chairs, gas grill, parking, and daily housekeeping.
