Discover the modern yet rustic ambiance of our wooden cottage "Borkenkäfer" in Tannheim! From the cozy sofa corner to the spacious bedroom and the fully equipped bathroom with fluffy towels, we've thought of everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Willkommen in unserer liebevoll gestalteten Ferienwohnung, die vom Schreiner mit einzigartigen Details eingerichtet wurde. Hochwertige Holzböden schaffen ein gemütliches Ambiente. Die Skipiste ist in ca. 5 Autominuten erreichbar, und in 2 Minuten gelangen Sie zum Waldseilgarten Höllschlucht. Der Almwanderweg zur Kapeller Alpe führt direkt hinter dem Haus entlang. Genießen Sie die Vielfalt an Freizeit- möglichkeiten für Sportler und entspannen Sie in Ihrem alpinen Rückzugsort!

The stylish holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people is located on the outskirts of Pfronten, in the district of Steinach, just 2 kilometers from the Falkenstein castle ruins and 10 minutes from the Austrian border. It is situated on the first floor of one half of a semi-detached house. The house was completely renovated a few years ago. There are two holiday apartments in the building, and each apartment has its own free parking space directly in front of the house.

Your Alpine Escape: This charming second-floor apartment features two cozy bedrooms with king-size beds and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick ins Illertal und auf die Allgäuer Berge. Durch die ruhige Lage könnt Ihr die Seele richtig baumeln lassen. Für Aktivurlauber ist die Ferienwohnung idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren (nächste Bergbahn ist 3 km entfernt), zum Biken, Wandern/Bergsteigen etc.
