Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Welcome to the beautiful east coast of Bruny Island, where contentment and connection awaits. From The Joneses, a mid century style home originally built by Mr L Jones and reimagined in 2023 to become a luxurious escape for couples or solo travellers, you will have uninterrupted views of the azure waters of Adventure Bay and across to Penguin Island and Fluted Cape.

A true ocean front retreat in a quiet hamlet. On the clifftop with the ocean at your door, with beautiful views of the lagoon and north to St. Helens. Surf break at the front and the lagoon for kayaking and fishing. Good access to Freycinet and Douglas Apsley National Parks, and Bay of Fires.
