Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Although Calstock is a small town it has many great features to make your stay a truly memorable one and is well situated to make exploring the South East corner of Cornwall really easy. Guests will enjoy a compact yet bijou cottage with open plan living/kitchen area with dishwasher, wood burner, comfy beds and wifi all included. There is also a small decked area at the front of the cottage for your use.

A lovely cosy barn conversion with beautiful views over the Tamar Valley. Located on a working farm of over 240 acres, in the heart of the Tamar Valley, The Granary is a single storey stone, semi-detached barn conversion with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The holiday cottage has a shared field and play area for children or Dogs to use. We only allow 1 well behaved dog per stay.
