We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Tastefully decorated room with impressive high ceilings and natural light. The apartment is in the heart of Neukölln in Berlin. Considered to be one of the most dynamic neighborhoods of the world. Just step out the door and you are in the heart of it all. It represents the true Berlin experience. It’s a very quiet apartment. Perfect for a private business traveler, solo adventurers, couples and especially musicians! I have a great Bechstein Piano and some other string instruments in the room!

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neu sanierten Seitenfluegel aus dem Jahr 1873. Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die ca. 60 qm große Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre und ist über das Treppenhaus erreichbar.
