A bright and airy ground floor annexe, used solely for guests. With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

Springwood Cottage Private and Unique

Springwood Cottage is ideally situated in a beautiful location on the edge of Derbyshire is completely self contained with its own entrance and private garden area with parking outside. The Cottage is completely newly built in 2020 and designed to the highest standard. Well behaved Dogs welcome, we are happy to accommodate 2 dogs, please request if you have more than 2. A deluxe super kingsized bed (6 x6 foot) with the most up to date memory foam mattress and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge

Chatsworth Cottage

Situated on the edge of the Peak District Park, this is the ideal base for exploring Derbyshire. The Cottage is situated on Chatsworth Road just 10 minutes drive from the ‘Palace of the Peak District’. A short journey and you will discover other wonders of the Peak at places like Matlock, Bakewell, Castleton and Buxton. The historic market town of Chesterfield and the famous Crooked Spire is just a 20 minute walk down the Brampton Mile where you will find some great places to shop, eat & drink.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

Cosy bungalow with beautiful views. Just a short walk to the Five Pits Trail, a lovely trail, linking villages in the area. Hardwick Hall is a 10 minutes drive away, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Bolsover Castle a little bit further but within an easy reach. The town of Chesterfield and it's crooked spire, Matlock and Bakewell are within an easy distance. Just a little bit further afield is the very scenic Peak District. One double bedroom and a small double bed settee in the living area.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. This cosy cottage is a perfect base for exploring the countryside, with numerous walks from the door and two pubs just a mile away in the village. A brand new fully furnished wooden lodge situated within the grounds of a working farm, with views across open countryside. The cabin has been furnished to a high standard and includes a double bedroom with double bed. The kitchen has a full size fridge with small freezer, full size oven and a microwave. Fairfield Loft, Ashover - Village hideaway for two

Fairfield Loft is in the heart of the lovely village of Ashover with the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and Peak District National Park right on the doorstep. Tucked away behind Stamp, our coffee shop and village post office, the space was renovated in 2021 with comfort and quality in mind. There's lots to see and do in the area but if you simply want to relax then spend the days exploring the many beautiful local walks and maybe wind down in one of the friendly local pubs.

Stretton Hall Farm - The Annex

Our holiday cottages & glamping pods are located on our 100 acre farm on the edge of the Peak District. The Annex is a modern barn conversion with a luxurious interior, designed to make it feel like a home away from home. Secluded down a 1/4 mile private driveway in a courtyard with the other cottages, the Annex has a quiet feel to it where you can truly relax.
