We have a farmhouse-themed guest apartment with its own private entrance and private deck with a view of a private lake through the trees in the piney woods of East Texas. The room features brand new appliances as well as a coffee bar. There is a very comfortable king-sized bed and a hide-a-bed. There is plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!

This unique A frame cabin is nestled on the lakefront- northern part of Toledo Bend, surrounded by mature trees that creates breathtaking landscape. From the patio, you are able to watch eagles landing and souring through beautiful sunsets. Cabin has been updated with new A/C, new flooring and furniture. The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
