Its stunning beach location offers a peaceful and tranquil setting and is an ideal location for exploring the area. Very close by there is the Nature reserve, including the Landguard peninsula. A traditional sea front and stunning pier with all the usual attractions. A very well served town centre with shops and restaurants. All within walking distance.

The bathroom has full size bath with power shower overhead, and the sitting room 2 double sofas, smart tv and wood burner giving the cottage a really cosy feel. Guests will have access to the well known Green Island Gardens and Colchester is only a 5 minute drive away.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Our Atlas static caravan has a beautiful interior, modern design and spacious throughout. Atlas is a 3 bedroom (8 berth) caravan with full wrap-around decking, double glazing and central heating. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized oven and hob with a microwave and a small fridge/freezer. Lounge with plenty of seating, TV, DVD player, electric fire and a double pull out sofa bed. Please, pay attention, bed linens are included, but you’ll need to bring your own towels.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Annex at The Orchard

Welcome to my Annex. We are located a 10 minute walk from the centre of the market town of Framingham and a 5 minute walk to the Castle. We are a 20 minute drive by car from the beautiful Suffolk Coastline. Our annex is finished to the highest quality. We have one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. We are sorry but we cannot accept bookings for couples with small children. If you have any question please just ask.

Cats not allowed. Clacton-on-Sea - 15 min drive.

My place is close to Colne Point Nature reserve one mile walk with lots of bird life, great views over the river Colne and Blackwater the best sunsets, You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, walks wild life wide open country side marshes seascapes ideal for bird watching.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers & very cosy.
