Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee!

Rest and relax with Rosie (mini horse) and her mini friends (including 2 miniature Highland cows) in our cozy cabin on our 20-acre horse ranch. Wi-Fi, 2 smart TV's, washer/dryer, queen bed, twin bed and XL bean bag that folds out into a king floor bed are all provided. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Use the gas grill on the covered front porch that looks out onto Rosie's pasture. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, friends wanting a get-away, and business travelers.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
