You’ll stay in a private garage apartment, just steps away from historic Federal Hill Park, and a few blocks from Cross Street Market. If you’re a sports fan, you can walk to both Ravens and Orioles games in ~20 minutes—the property is less than one mile from both stadiums. It’s also right across from the Inner Harbor. Owners live on site in the main home, but the Airbnb is private. The apartment is above the garage on Churchill St, accessed from a private gate and courtyard on E. Montgomery St.

The unit has an open layout and plenty of living space, perfect for exploring Butchers Hill, Canton, and Fells Point. The waterfront promenade is an easy walk downhill and provides access to many of Baltimore's best sights. Patterson Park (one of the top city parks in the nation) is located directly across the street. *Please note that if you are taller than 6 foot 4 you might find the ceilings a bit low.

Access ramp available. No steps in studio. We only host via Airbnb.

The Monument Suite is a 900 sq ft. 1-bedroom, 1-bath in-law's apartment on the third floor of an owner-occupied private residence. You will be able to come and go as you please without passing through my personal living space. The historic neighborhood is very walkable and convenient to public transport. Please review the photos and read the description, as this is a unique space.
