Hollyhock Cottage

Hollyhock Cottage offers welcoming accommodation within the beautiful Kent countryside. With 2 double bedrooms and one twin, the cottage can sleep up to 6 people. A travel cot is available on request. ​The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with woodburner. At the back of the cottage is a spacious conservatory, ideal for dining. The bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower room and w.c. on the first floor. Outside is off-road parking and a private garden with BBQ.

The Honey Barn

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the beautiful Kent countryside off of a country lane overlooking fields with stunning views towards the village of Mersham. Relax and enjoy countryside walks, where you can spot the local farm animals, sheep and lambs in the spring, and the gentle trot of horses along the lane from the nearby stables. Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

Only 15mins drive from the Eurotunnel & 20mins from Dover Port it is an ideal stopover for European travellers. Orchard Lodge has a large private garden and patio area to enjoy the wildlife and night stars. Guests also have access to our paddock where they can meet our Pygmy goats & chickens.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

This stunning, renovated Victorian Farm, red brick barn is nestled on the idyllic Romney Marsh Ridge. The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

Riverside Cottage

Riverside cottage is a quiet little haven for two in the village of Mersham. We are a short drive from Port Lympne safari park & Ashford designer outlet. As well as having the cosy 16th century Farriers Arms over the road & the refurbished Royal Oak at the top of the village. We are also perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful Kent countryside with its abundance of Castles & Gardens. In addition we are only 12 mins from the Channel tunnel & 25 mins to Dover ferry port.

Only 10 minutes from Le Shuttle and Ashford International station, 25 minutes from Dover. Secure parking on premises, transport to port or station can be arranged. One bedroom ground floor suite/apartment in lovely village, with local shop and great pub food on the doorstep own private garden space,. One double bedroom, comfortable lounge with sofa bed, and fully equipped galley kitchen. There is an EV Charger for guest use.
