The Griffin is a functioning riverboat, driven by paddle wheels, originally modeled after historic Mississippi steamboats. It is located at a mom and pop boat yard, which is quite different from a fancy marina. Work happens here. Metal is welded here. Engines are torn apart and put back together here. Friends become family here. Come and become a part of the Griffin’s story!

Located next to the iconic Sturgeon Bay steel bridge you will experience incredible sunsets on the water. With a full kitchen you can fuel up for a day of fun in the sun. Two bedrooms and a pullout couch allows room for six to sleep aboard. Actual positions of boats on dock may vary! All three located on pier with 360 roof views!

This cabin features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a pull out couch in the living room. Our rental is located at Millennium Marina.

The Houseboat @ The Cottages on Petite Lake

Glamping on the lake! If you are adventurous and love to fall asleep to the gentle rhythm of a lake, this rental is for you! This one-room rental is your own private refuge on the water. Wake up to coffee and gorgeous sunrises. Spend the day relaxing on the rooftop or reading book on the private deck. It's just a quick splash into the water if you get hot! The houseboat comes with a/c, heater, private grill and is stocked with water and coffee. Bathroom and shower is a short walk away.

Enjoy this unique floating home located on Georgian Bay. This floating home has a bedroom with a Queen Bed with a private bathroom, full kitchen, couch that can be converted into a bed, a loft with 2 single beds and a deck to enjoy the beautiful view. Enjoy the adjoining BBQ cabana as well as the marina’s amenities including the outdoor swimming pool. This is a completely non smoking/vaping building. There is also free transient dockage for a 26 ft boat or rent a boat during your stay.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and morning coffee from the deck. Spring-fed, super clean Big Fish Lake is excellent for swimming and fishing. Rowshell stays docked. 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, AC, free use of 2 kayaks, firewood, and many other creature comforts. We can't host dogs - no exceptions.

Prepare a meal in our kitchen with your family and enjoy our cozy living room. Walking distance to local attractions such as the Jet Express, local restaurants, beaches, and downtown Port Clinton. The Owners Suite is on the top level - not included in the rental (will not be occupied during your stay).

Luxury at its finest on the Mississippi River. Enjoy top end, modern amenities aboard an impeccably furnished houseboat. Enjoy all that a riverfront retreat has to offer aboard the b3 FIVE7 yacht. Please note this is just a place to stay and relax, you are not allowed to take the yacht out of the slip. **We also rent separately a Seadoo Switch 5 person pontoon for $300/day. Rental agreement via Docusign required 1 week prior to rental based on availability**
