The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. If you’re looking for a trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft or ferry, to hit the shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays, a cultural experience at the DDay Museum and Historic Dockyard and much more, it’s all close by. ~30 min drive to Goodwood Motor Circuit, and convenient stop if taking a cruise.
