Situated close to the sea, in the most peacefull region of Toroni, yet close to shops and taverns It's thick stone bio-climatic construction, allows it to stay cool throughout all summer. It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach. It has got a panoramic view of the entire Pagasetic Gulf. The residence can accommodate one or more families or groups of 2-6 people. All the bedrooms are sunny, have a scenic view of the sea .
