The Cathedral and Metropolitical Church of Saint Peter is commonly known as York Minster and is one of the Largest of it's kind in Northern Europe, go and take a look you won't believe the size for it's location.

Well - you are in York, so you have to check this one out. Pay extra to go up to the roof for an amazing view of the City.

Visitors can learn about the history, the stained glass windows and the stone masonry. Guided tours are also available in the minster to learn more information.

The Minster is a famous cathedral & is stunning to walk around, or just to admire from the outside too.
