Wonderful walk and beautiful waterfalls! There are stairs but the journey is well worth it!

Copper Falls state park is full of beauty, adventure and relaxation. Hike to the surreal waterfalls, bike on the off road trails, relax on the beach, paddle on Loon Lake, cross country ski the groomed trails or go for a snow shoe adventure. Year round recreation, beautiful wild life and awesome scenery!

A well kept secret 63 miles from the cottage near Mellen, WI. Ancient lava flows, deep gorges and spectacular waterfalls make Copper Falls one of Wisconsin's most scenic parks. Log buildings built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s add to the park's charm. Has several 1-2 mile easy hikes with awesome views of the falls. Also great for mountain biking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and picnicking.

Must Visit! A little bit of Colorado nestled in Northern Wisconsin. The loop is only about two miles, but full of beautiful scenery!
