Our favourite fish and chip restaurant (although daughter always has steak pie) with arguably the best location: an unrivalled seaview over the piers and beach. A varied menu with all the favourites and with lots of speciality dishes, too. Wonderful service and friendly staff. If I had to choose one restaurant to go to, this would bit it

A good selection of dishes, quite a few fish options including classic fish and chips. This restauraunt has fantastic views accross the bay and great for sunsets. It is not bookable but they have a fair few tables. They also have a takeaway/eat outside option now as well, also with good views.

Awesome views of pier and sea- ask for seaview window seats. Run by a fisherman's wife who guarantees fresh fish- locally caught lobster and shellfish, famous Whitby scampi, cod, haddock, salmon etc. Even 21 day sirloin steaks! Daytime or evening meals- go before 7.30 p.m.-closes earlier in winter.
