The lighthouse looms large on the cliff edge of Table Cape, which juts out onto the waters of the Bass Strait. Learn all about this well maintained lighthouse. Climb to the top, walk the balcony and enjoy the incredible views towards Rocky Cape National Park. Gaze across the unforgiving ocean, admire the colourful tulip fields and poppy crops surrounding the lighthouse during the months of September and October. Enjoy fantastic seabird and whale viewing opportunities during migration periods. At times the balcony walk can be a very exhilarating experience when the winds are howling and the weather systems roll by. A short 20 minute scenic drive from Arku. You will pass Alchymia Distillery on your way to the lighthouse tours.

The Lighthouse at Table Cape is one of the few you can do tours of and climb to the top. It's a beautiful example of an old time lighthouse, standing tall and protecting the coast line along north west tassie for generations.

Amazing views and one of the oldest lighthouses in Tasmania! There is also a short walk that you can do from the lighthouse to the lookout.
