Inspired by our travels to Asia and our love for the zen aesthetic, we welcome you to our cozy 2nd floor apartment on a duplex. A great place to take some time to relax and recharge from the hustle and bustle of life. Nestled in 16 acres of nature. A 1.5 hr drive from New York City, on the intersection of New York, NJ and Pennsylvania and a five minute drive to our charming small town of Port Jervis. Every detail of this home was put together with love in hopes that you make of it your haven.

Cherished Haus is a completely restored 1890's Italianate home. It was lovingly restored by a very special man, my dad. Newly equipped with high end appliances and finishes, Cherished Haus is a short drive from downtown Honesdale’s Main Street boutiques and eateries, and is convenient to area restaurants, Lake Wallenpaupack, and other local attractions. It is also centrally located to large box stores, supermarkets, and a liquor store, making it easy to pick up the essentials for your stay.

Cozy Hudson Valley Retreat | 1800s Farmhouse

Come relax at our lovingly restored historic 1873 Marlboro Farmhouse centrally located between Beacon, New Paltz, Kingston, and West Point; and close to many local farms, orchards, wineries, and fantastic hiking trails. The farmhouse is split into three separate and private units. This listing is for the spacious 1400sq. ft 2 BR/2.5 bath unit that occupies the private second floor. This is NOT a party house. The only guests allowed on the property are the ones listed on the reservation.

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

The guest space is a 1 -bedroom apartment with its own patio where you can enjoy sunset-views from your patio and even from your very own outdoor, covered hot tub! Curl up and read a book on the rocking chairs, hammocks or make s’mores at the communal firepit. You even have your own charcoal grill to use. Need a place to do office work?
