This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.
