Enjoy everything the North Shore has to offer, we are located on the Gitch-Gami bike trail and close to Lutsen Mountain, Superior National Golf Course, Fika Coffee, the North Shore Winery, Grand Marais, and all the scenic stops! This is our family home, we ask that you treat it as you would your own.

If adventure is in your bones hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, rock-hounding, UTV/Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snow biking, fishing, waterfalls are all at your fingertips with “Paradise at Great Sand Bay” as your comfy home base.

Hancock Old Mining House (Duplex)

Upstairs half of duplex in Hancock. This mining era house was converted to a duplex somewhere along the way. The living space is completely private but there is a shared entrance with the lower unit on the front porch. Our co-host Shelby lives in the lower unit. This Airbnb listing not a luxury rental It's an old but clean, functional apartment that is ideal for one to two quiet guests. We purchased house in 2021 and lived in the lower unit until March of 2024.

Croftville Road Cottages #8. On Lake Superior.

Nestled along 540ft of rocky beach, Inn Suite #8 offers bird’s eye views and sounds of Superior. This spacious attic suite features a stunning window seat, wood fireplace, plush futon, wingback chair and ottoman, and private entry. Just off the dining area is a well-equipped full-size kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, gas stove, and balcony. The luxurious bathroom boasts a claw foot tub. Inn Suite #8 sleeps up to 5 people (2 on the futon, 1 child on window seat).

The Lighthouse is a thoughtfully designed studio apartment designed in the style of the Grand Marais Lighthouse. It has fantastic natural light from over 30 windows! There is impressive timberframe joinery, an actual lighthouse light that you control, a balcony, and amazing views of the harbor. One very comfortable queen bed, a private bathroom with shower, a dining table for two, and a well equipped kitchen. The Sauna is an add-on expense- contact owners details.

Tranquilo at Agua Norte: Lake Superior View+Sauna

Only 4 miles from Grand Marais, Tranquilo is a part of Agua Norte: “The Coolest Airbnb in MN” by Condé Nast. Built in 2022, it has large windows to enjoy the Lake Superior view, a fireplace, organic mattress and linens, plush rugs and chunky throws. Grab your coffee and walk down to the pebble beach across the road, or hang out on the large cedar deck and watch the waves crash on Five Mile Rock, take a sauna or hike our trail. Järvi: Lakefront Cabin + Treehouse Sauna

The Järvi cabin is one of the brand new cabins on the lake at Stay Boreal between Lutsen and Tofte. Featuring full frontal glass overlooking the lake, heated floors, a patio space with a gas firebowl, free level 2 EV charging and even a treehouse sauna. We can't wait to share it with you! This cabin comfortably suits two with a capacity of up to four (1 king bed and 1 murphy style queen bed). It has a smaller, cozy layout.
