Recently refurbished detached character cottage. Set within a Cornish village and within walking distance of 2 village pubs, shops and takeaways, and within 3 miles of the North Cornwall beaches. A family friendly cottage with lots or character and original features, a front enclosed garden as well as a rear lawned garden. A lovely summer cottage for bbqs in a summer evening after a day at the beach. And great in the winter with a cozy lounge to snuggle down next to the wood burner.

The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The Coach House is a small stone barn conversion nestling peacefully in 35 acres of Cornish countryside at Woodlands Manor Farm. This picturesque cottage has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with Smart TV and Blu-ray player. The downstairs bathroom with shower leads from the entrance hall. Upstairs is a large romantic bedroom with ‘zip and link’ super king size double or twin beds and Smart TV. The WiFi is super fast broadband.

A self contained chalet with a view over a field and woodland, deep in the Devon countryside but only eight miles from the coast and one mile from the village of Bradworthy. The cabin has a spacious lounge/dining area, kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and the other a 3ft bunk bed. The enclosed garden has a picnic table & BBQ, also laundry airer. This is an ideal base for walking, biking and touring North Devon and North Cornwall.
