A lovely detached property, situated in the quiet village of Ormesby St. Margaret, close to the historic Norfolk Broads and within 2 miles of the beach. This cosy, single story building, set within the garden of the owner's residence, comprises of an open plan living room/kitchen and one bedroom. Smart TV. Visitors to the cottage have sole use of a small courtyard overlooking adjacent fields, as well as use of a quiet shared garden. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.
