The 1 bedroom apartment is located on the vast the upper floor, accessed via the impressive cedar stairs leading to an expansive living area with French doors opening onto an arched veranda. Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

4 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed. 1 with a queen bed. 1 with a single bed. The large family room has 1 queen bed plus a double & single bunk bed. Kitchen: electric stove + oven, microwave, refrigerator& utensils. The farm has a herd of cows, 1 klm of Mary River frontage with birds, lungfish, frogs and platypus. Scenic bush walking. We have a secure enclosure for dogs on the verandah, but prefer not inside the house. Ponds near house have rare frogs, often active in wet weather.
