The Beach house

Why a hotel when for a few dollars more you can have all the amenities of home. We are sure you will love your stay at what we call the "Beach House". Though you are not around sandy beaches, we've made ever attempt to make sure while you are here, you feel like you are on a beach vacation. Whether a night, or a week, you will enjoy your stay gathering around the 75" big screen or outside on the patio barbecuing on the grill. "Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

The Mainstay

The living room has a comfortable sofa, reading nook (extra sleeping for a child), TV ready to stream all your favorites and Wi-Fi. The second bedroom also has a TV.

Adorable Cottage - Your Cozy Home Away From Home

A cute and comfortable home with lots of charm in a safe, residential area. There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

The Cabin at Big Fish Bend

Enjoy quiet, rustic living just minutes from downtown Perrysburg. Located on the Maumee river. You will see all kinds of wildlife and feel relaxation in the cabin at our river home. The cabin is attached to the main home with separate entrance and separate space. There is an area for sitting outside to enjoy the views or make a fire. Kayaks are available with a 15 minute paddle to a sandbar To get to the cabin you park up top and have to walk down 48 steps.
