Aloha! Welcome to your quiet, relaxing getaway You’ll have private access to your bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. The entire lower level of our home is yours. The host may occasionally need access to the w/d in your unit, but we will always communicate first and be non-intrusive. Please note, we are a quiet family living above, so you may hear footsteps. The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)
