It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking downtown Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. New 4 person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. NO TRAILERS!!

Also, a reminder, Lead is a beautiful mountain town and parking is very limited. This little house is located a stone's throw away from Lead main street and we have a driveway for the home. Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. You will have access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. We don't plan on changing them so if you're looking for a totally updated house this house might not be for you.
