It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

This lovely renovated 3-room apartment is attached to our 1885 Vermont italianate home, located is historic Middletown Springs, Vermont. We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom. Relax with family and friends at this incredibly peaceful home on Tinmouth Pond with AMAZING views. Located in the quaint town of Tinmouth, this cottage is 4-season, so it offers all sorts of summer activities as well as the winter with FIVE ski areas less than an hour away. In the summer, we offer the use of two standup paddle-boards, two inflatable canoes, and a standard canoe for fun on the water. There is also a large fire pit to gather around.

Close to three ski resorts: Killington, Okemo, and Pico. Dogs are welcome and loved, with plenty of room to run. Comfortable queen-sized bed and couch.
