Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

Gli interni raffinati ma tradizionali, il salone con caminetto e la cucina attrezzata si affacciano su un giardino con piscina e aree relax. Un rifugio perfetto per chi è alla ricerca di relax e privacy con tutti i comfort necessari.

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Casa Roscetta, Todi Home with a view

Casa Roscetta, situated in the Hills of Umbria, with breathtaking views of the Italian countryside, especially the medieval town of Todi, only a 10 minute drive away. The outdoor pool and Wifi are part of the various high-end amenities available to our guests. The house was first renovated in the 1980's from a stone farm house. The pool was built in the 1990's and the entire house has just been completely renovated in 2020 to a high standard.

La proprietà è immersa nella campagna e in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Centro di Todi. Dalla piscina (5x10mt profondità 140cm) si gode una vista spettacolare sulle colline umbre. L'ampio giardino, l'uliveta il pergolato, il frutteto e l'orto sono spazi a disposizione per passeggiare e rilassarsi, dove anche i bambini possono girare autonomamente in massima sicurezza.
