A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. Appartement lumineux, situé dans le quartier du Lavachet à 2100 m d'altitude, desservi par les navettes gratuites. Balcon exposé plein sud avec vue sur le célèbre glacier de la Grande Motte. La résidence est située à 50m des commerces (superette, boulangerie, location de matériel, restaurants, caisses forfaits de ski en hiver etc.) L'accès aux pistes de ski se trouve à 100m et le retour à la résidence peut s'effectuer skis aux pieds (de décembre à mai). Le logement dispose d'un casier à ski.

Situé à flanc de montagne, dans le hameau du Biolley, le chalet profite d’une vue dégagée sur les alpes et les villages en contrebas. Ce chalet a été totalement rénové en 2013 sur la base d'une ancienne écurie. Afin d’optimiser les espaces, les accès se font par des escaliers pentus. De tout confort, ce chalet se situe à 10 minutes de voiture de la station touristique de Champex-Lac et 18 minutes de La Fouly. L'emplacement est idéal pour des activités pédestres et touristiques.

Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

The apartment was completely renovated on summer 2017. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the departure of the Cervinia's Plan Maison Cable Car and about 200 meters from the center of the village.
