This lovely retreat is peaceful and relaxed and only a few blocks to Carpinteria Beach. We are located less than a block from our main downtown area on Linden Ave. There is well over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and candy specialty shops, you name it - to provide culinary delights.

We are located one block from restaurants, Red Kettle Coffee, shopping & the beach. Our STUDIO is furnished with a queen bed, trundle sofa/twin bed, full bath, ocean view deck, TV, & off-street parking. Pet friendly! Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Ojai Restored Retro Trailer on a Ranch!

Little Moon, fully renovated 1950 Aljo trailer, found buried to its axles in Mojave. Named after her original owner, a Native American woman named Little Moon, whose birth certificate was found in the trailer. She has now been rebuilt and completely restored and placed in a perfect location under oak trees and next to our vegetable garden on our ranch where our numerous animals keep her company. UPDATE: Brand new AC unit installed! Nice and cool for summer months now!

Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
