The South Devon Coast Path is accessed at the end of road enabling you to enjoy many coves, beaches, pubs and resturaunts in easy walking distance. Babbacombe Downs itself is spoiled with magnificent vistas that reach out to the Jurassic coastline and eateries within a short stroll. For weekday workers or pleasure, we are the perfect location to relax and explore Torbay's countless attractions .

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
