Located 3 minutes from Tioga Downs, 4 minutes to a boat launch/fishing site, 15 minutes from the historic town of Owego, and less than an hour to Seneca Lake and the start of the Finger Lakes Wine Trails Whether a relaxing weekend getaway or a trip to watch harness racing, our riverfront house is fully equipped and stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The Lodge

Escape to our wooded retreat surrounded by nature and designed for relaxation. Nestled in the hillside, our three-bedroom home blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Unwind in the cozy living area furnished for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, enjoyed indoors or on the expansive covered porch. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit for marshmallow roasting, horseshoe pit, corn hole, and a tranquil pond, perfect for fishing and unwinding amidst nature's beauty.

Falcon Nest - Treehouse Secluded in Private Forest

A Treehouse. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled in 28 acres of woods with hiking trails. This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

The Creek House

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This is an older home that has two bedroom with one Queen and one Double. There is a pullout queen couch for additional guest if needed. On site laundry. Fire pit and wood provided. Near by there are state game lands for hunting and direct access to a seasonal stocked trout stream for fishing or swimming. Swim at your own risk. Beautiful beach area. 2 adult kayaks available. We DON’T supply llife jackets. Have fun, unwind and make memories!

The Cottage at Grovedale

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. No pets allowed.

Troy Hotel 2 - beautifully renovated 3 BR Barn

This beautiful barn on Route 14 has been completely renovated to a unique luxury experience. You and your guests can get back to the basics and enjoy this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, living and kitchen space in rural Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity to see wildlife, enjoy the water, fish and relax in luxury. A corn crib recreational space, chicken crate coffee table and tractor hood turned into a piece of art are just a few of the gorgeous transformations in this one-of-a-kind space.

Gracie’s Cabin on the lake with a hot tub!

Come stay at our peaceful cozy cabin with a hot tub to recharge and relax. Our cabin is located on a back country road with very little traffic. You have lake frontage just across the road on a 19 acre non motorboat lake. You can kayak, fish or swim here. Our cabin has all the amenities you need including water, electric, grill, outdoor picnic table and fire pit. The cabin is small, cozy and one to remember!!! We have two kayaks, paddle boat and new dock for you to enjoy.

The Railroad Scale House: 40 private acres & creek

Our cabin is conveniently located 1 mile outside of small town Dushore. It offers a private getaway on 40 acres of wooded land encompassing a creek, walking trails on the old railroad tracks and much more. The cabin offers a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Spend family time in the living space and loft. Sit on the porch and enjoy listening to the creek while grilling. WIFI included Worlds End State Park & Ricketts Glenn State Park are both located within 20 minute drive

Welcome to historic downtown Wyalusing, come enjoy all we have to offer. Kayak the Susquehanna river by day and live in style by night. Enjoy our restaurants for breakfast lunch or dinner. American Sandwich Co. is a short stroll down the block. All part of our small town revitalization and Main Street revolution! Wyalusing has great places to see and the friendliest people you will ever meet. The views from the Wyalusing Rock will take your breath away. Please be our guest.

Country Tucked Inn, with pond Sauna woods hunting.

Tucked Inn is a totally remodeled house in a quiet country setting. The pond offers swimming, a dock, pedal boat and fishing. The sunroom has a sauna for 2. The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

The Rolling River Cabins bring comfort to camping with amenities that make you feel at home. Explore the natural beauty of the river by boat, canoe, or kayak. There are plenty of rental services in the area. Have a local guide take you on a fishing adventure.
