This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist als Einliegerwohnung Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses in Paretz. Unser schöner Garten darf gerne gemeinschaftlich mit unseren Tieren (Hund, Katze und Schaf) geteilt werden und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende kommen in Paretz ganz sicher auf ihre Kosten; ob beim Spaziergang in dem Naturschutzgebiet der "Paretzer Erdlöcher" oder auch beim entspannten Baden in der nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichenden Havel-Badestelle.

Ferienhaus mit Garten

Herzlich Willkommen in meinem kleinen, aber sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus in unserem ca. 300-Einwohnerdorf Ketzür im Land Brandenburg. Ketzür liegt am Nordufer des Beetzsees und besitzt einen eigenen kinderfreundlichen Badestrand. Naturliebhaber können hier durch Wanderungen durch die schöne Landschaft z. B. zur Kranichwarte oder auch per Fahrrad auf dem Storchenradweg die Gegend erkunden. Es steht meinen Gästen eine abgeschlossene Fahrradgarage zur Verfügung.

Remise mit Weitblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Neue Ferienwohnung in Ketzin

Die nagelneue und moderne Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Havelpromenade und -strand sind dennoch sehr schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Gastronomie,...) finden sich um die Ecke. In der Wohnung findest du alles, was du brauchst. Die Küche ist einem (externen) 2-Platten-Induktionsfeld, Backofen und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon lässt sich in einem Hänge-Schaukel-Sessel entspannen.

You’ll be picked up by dinghy in Werder (Havel) and experience genuine Robinson Crusoe vibes on this little gem. The gentle sound of the waves and the ever-changing views of the river Havel, as the wind keeps the anchored boat slowly moving, are all part of the charm. Maximum standing height below deck: 1.75m. A beautifully furnished, modern, and rustically furnished apartment with 110 square meters of living space and an 8 square meter terrace awaits you. The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.
