This modern and spacious apartment is located in the centre of Seville, with the Plaza de España and other key monuments within easy walking distance. It's in a quiet and safe area which is well connected to the tram, metro and bus links across the city. It has a cosy bedroom, living room and independent kitchen. The apartment is opposite the old Cádiz Train Station, where a local food market now takes place and a new leisure centre has been constructed inside. There is WiFi, A/C and ELEVATOR.

Cada vez que necesites un pequeño descanso, o llevar un paquete porque vayas cargado de compras, podrás volver a casa en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Todo está a la mano. Me gusta advertir que es un segundo piso ( standares españoles) sin ascensor.

Very comfortable and with everything you need to spend a very special stay. Public transport is not necessary, since it is very close to the great Sevillian monuments such as the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Torre del Oro... In addition, very close we find different flamenco museums, including Cristina Hoyos with quality flamenco shows.
