This house is located in La Veta, Colorado a beautiful little quaint town on the Highway of Legends in Huerfano County. It is a great location for exploring the Spanish Peaks region and the Great Sand Dunes are just an hour drive. The area offers plenty of activities such as hiking, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking or perhaps just sitting on the deck reading a book. The house is within walking distance of town with a lots of great locally owned and operated shops, bakery, grocery store.

Nestled in the heart of Chicosa Canyon is filled with wildlife and has many interesting rock formations and stone carvings. We are close to the area that was featured on Beyond Skinwalker Ranch three times.

Keurig & coffee maker, tea kettle, dining table seats 4 and room for two at the bar in the kitchen. Plenty of room to park or play outside. Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash when outside. No cats.
