Mountain Pass Retreat, an 80-acre ranch, features a rustic off-grid log cabin (generator power only—no AC, Wi-Fi calling only). Explore orchards, creeks, and forest trails, swim in private spots, or relax and disconnect. In cooler months, the wood-burning stove provides heat, and evenings invite roasting marshmallows at the fire pit outside or curling up with a book. You will be surrounded by 1000s of acres Forest. Please be aware you're sharing the space with critters that may greet you!

Peach Orchard Cottage

Quaint cottage nestled in a fruit orchard, near the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders always green pastures. There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Come enjoy the fresh air and clear stars! We are also cleaning the cabin using the CDC - Airbnb cleaning protocol to ensure the safety of our guests!

Riverside Cabin 5, Sandy Bar Ranch

Riverside cabins just inland from the Redwood Coast in a little-known corner of N. California with winding rivers, granite canyons, and majestic mountains waiting to be explored. The warm, sunny interior of the Klamath offers an alternative to the cool and foggy Redwood Coast, and you'll be far from the crowds. We can arrange a rafting trip, point you to a trailhead, or you can just relax by the river and explore on your own to see what you find. Pets allowed/$25 flat fee per pet

River Rock Ranch- Pickleball Players welcome

We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.

Pine Cone Cottage at River Rock Gardens & Cottages

The Pine Cone Cottage is one of three separate cottages at River Rock Gardens. It features a king bed with a wonderful view of a small garden and the river beyond through French doors. It has a small bathroom w/shower. The kitchen area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. The kitchen is NOT set up for any kind of major cooking - plan accordingly. We do have wildlife/security cameras on the property. None that violate your privacy.
