Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events .
