Situated in a very quiet location and offering free parking, the flat is nestled in the heart of Redland on a quiet street. It is perfectly located for exploring this vibrant city, close to Clifton and the University, with numerous shops, cafe's, restaurants, bars and open spaces within walking distance. Good travel links, close Redland station, which connects to Temple Meads and a short drive from the M32. We provide complimentary toiletries, cotton sheets, coffee, tea and kitchen essentials.

City Hideaway with hot tub (No group parties)

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

Belfry House

No Stag, Hen or loud parties please. A spacious Victorian mid-terrace house. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms the house is well geared towards families, professionals and larger groups looking for a quiet place to stay in Bristol. Situated on a small residential street between Kingswood and St George, guests can enjoy quick and easy transport links into Bristol's city centre whilst enjoying a relaxing retreat with TVs and internet in every room, a sizable common area and large garden.

Luxury Urban Shepherd’s Hut, multi-night discounts

Cosy Shepherd’s Hut only a 15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and the airport flyer bus stop. Cute kitchen & bathroom, underfloor heating & wood burner. A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The bed folds into the wall to reveal a lovely table/seating area - see below for more information about this.

Modern Studio in Long Ashton

LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Cosy boutique city retreat, courtyard & parking

Nestled between Nightingale Valley and Eastwood Farm nature reserve, Mylor Lodge is a new self-contained lodge for visitors to Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas. Formerly a workshop to the main residence “Mylor” an Edwardian villa built in 1905 for the then Lord Mayor of Bristol, A.J. Smith. Just a short 12 minute journey to Cabot Circus, yet with river walks and ancient woodlands only a 2 minute stroll away, Mylor Lodge offers a haven away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Olli's Cottage-Terrace &Jacuzzi

Olli's cottage is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburds, newly refurbished 700sq Ft/70 Sqm with private terrace and hot tub (£30 extra charge to be settled at the property). Christmas Cabin - River View 10 mins from Bath

We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Pop your feet up with a glass of wine while the log burner crackles in the background.

Your own private entrance & driveway. Your own outside deck area. We are outside the Clean Air Zone. The Snug is a separate building in the garden of our property. We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.
