We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. The house is located on a beautiful private parcel surrounded by trees and bordered by a peaceful waterway hiking trail.

The Sparks Marina is a few minutes drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and 2 Casino's right out your back door. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
